Train. Apply. Measure. Advance.
Level 10 is developing a progressive competency system for RV salespeople, built around overall professional capability rather than isolated skills.
Each milestone reflects what a salesperson can reliably do with real customers: product knowledge, discovery, presentation, objections, negotiation and, at the top, leading others.
Five milestones from first greeting to sales leadership.
Formal milestones sit at levels 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. The levels in between describe a salesperson who is developing toward the next milestone.

- 8

- 10
Level 10
Complex negotiation, adaptability, coaching others, process leadership and continuous improvement.
Certification earned on the floor, not just in a classroom.
Level 10 certification is planned to combine four kinds of evidence.
- KnowledgeProduct, process and RV use, tested.
- Observed behaviorHow the salesperson actually works with customers.
- Practical techniqueDiscovery, presentation, objections and negotiation, demonstrated.
- ResultsThe KPIs that show the skills are working.
The program is in development. Standards, assessment and launch timing will be announced when finalized.
The training philosophy: knowledge builds confidence.
Confidence builds enthusiasm, and enthusiasm sells. Level 10 training starts with what a salesperson knows and works outward to how they behave with customers and how they perform.
- What's important to them is more important than what you think is important.
- You cannot manage what you do not measure.
- Green and growing, not ripe and rotting.
- Check, challenge, cheer.
