Privacy policy

Summary

This website collects personal information only when you choose to send it through our inquiry form. We use it to respond to you. We don't track your behavior on the site, use advertising cookies, or sell your information to anyone, ever.

If you request a SeeRM demonstration, your inquiry may be shared with SentientIQ, the company that makes SeeRM, so it can take part in the demonstration.

What we collect

Information you give us through the inquiry form:

• Your name, dealership, title or role, email address and phone number
• Optional details: number of dealership locations and your current CRM
• Your message about the challenge you want to solve, what you're interested in, and how you prefer to be contacted
• Your consent to be contacted, and the page you sent the form from

Basic technical information: like every website, our hosting provider receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser type when pages load. This is used to deliver and secure the site and to filter spam from form submissions. We don't use it to identify or track you.

What we don't collect

• Behavioral analytics, session recordings, device fingerprints or tracking across other websites
• Advertising or analytics cookies (this site sets none)
• Payment, financial, Social Security or date of birth information
• Precise location

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a SeeRM demonstration or a conversation about Level 10 services
• To follow up on that inquiry using the contact method you prefer
• To keep a record of our business relationship with you and your dealership

We don't use your information for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sharing with SentientIQ

Level 10 and SentientIQ are separate companies that work together through shared executive leadership. When you ask about SeeRM, your inquiry may be shared with SentientIQ so it can provide the demonstration and follow up about the product. SentientIQ handles that information under its own privacy policy, available at theseerm.com/legal/privacy (opens in a new tab).

Inquiries only about Level 10 services are handled by Level 10.

Service providers

• Netlify: website hosting and form processing, including spam filtering. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account.
• Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Email: form submissions are sent to us by email notification.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for our business relationship with you, including if your dealership's plans change and you'd like us to pick up the conversation later. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights over your personal information, and we extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us:

• Right to know: ask what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we have it, and who we've shared it with.
• Right to delete: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
• Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is needed. You can contact us to confirm.
• Right to non-discrimination: we won't treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email mike@sentientiq.app. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we'll respond within 45 days.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to submissions is limited to the people who respond to inquiries.

Children

This site is for dealership owners and managers. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
